NOTE:  The light will not turn ON until it has been firmly locked in, this procedure is to prevent any dust and water to go in and maintain IP45 standard. This does not mean the unit is faulty. Please screw in the bulb further more. Push down and turn until the bulb is FIRMLY locked.
