We are now shipping all orders, however there may be delays.

Due to the increase in online orders nationwide, we're experiencing delays within the supply and shipping networks. Most orders will be delivered as per normal, however others unfortunately may be delayed. We apologise if this affects your order and we are doing our best to ensure any delays are as small as possible. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with the courier tracking details once your order has dispatched.
Due to the increase in demand, we aim to reply to any order enquires within 2-4 business days.

Books & Gifts Direct distributors nationwide are winding down their workplace visits in preparation for lockdown and will be finished by close of business on Wednesday 25/3. 

Please contact your distributor directly if you have any issues with a workplace order. Please keep in mind that due to lockdown there may be no way to resolve issues until lockdown is lifted.

Our Outlet Stores and all South Island activities have now closed until further notice - (irrespective of lockdown).

Our nationwide online store, based in Auckland, aims to have all orders placed for in-stock items before 2pm Wednesday to be shipped our prior to lockdown.

During the lockdown period we'll be in-stock items will be available for purchase from our online store - dispatch will happen once lockdown is lifted and we can do this safely.

Online and Head Office Customer Service will be available only by email.
